G1 Writing Contest
Welcome to our first-grade writing contest! We're excited to see what our young writers can come up with. Below are the instructions for participating in the contest:
Rules: Your submission should be no longer than 100 words, and it should be written or created entirely by you. If you choose to write a story, it should have a beginning, middle, and end, and it should include at least one detail about your favorite place. If you choose to draw a picture or create a collage, make sure to include labels or captions that explain why this place is important to you.
Submission: Once you have completed your writing or artwork, submit it to UT by end of December. Make sure to include your name and grade level on your submission.
We hope you have fun participating in this writing contest and can't wait to see what you come up with! If you have any questions, please ask your teacher. Good luck!
